Cédric is Data and Innovation Lead for the Open Knowledge Foundation, working on data literacy, algorithmic accountability and capacity building. He is based in Bordeaux, France, and joined the Open Knowledge Foundation in 2015. As Lead of the School of Data programme, he has been responsible for the design and coordination of a wide variety of data-driven projects.
