Gilbert Sendugwa is currently the head of the secretariat of the Africa Freedom of Information Centre (AFIC) in Uganda. He is a human rights defender and freedom of information campaigner from Uganda. In the past he has worked for the ILO (International Labour Organization) as a country programme coordinator among other activities.
