Renu Kumari

Renu Kumari is the Frictionless Data Community Lead. She is a Ph.D. in Biotechnology having more than 10 years of experience in Plant research. She has been associated with #semanticClimate as a program manager, a climate knowledge initiative, to maintain the resources on the website and coordinate the internship program. She has more than 20 publications. She has contributed in creation and conception of "SWATI" portal for Indian Women in Science. She has also been involved as organizer for many climate knowledge hunt hackathons and BioAI workshop with #semanticClimate. She has been the course speaker in the FSCI 2025 in the course number E01 "AI-Assisted Literature Review on Open Access Repositories: Including Image and Object Detection".
